These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Welcome to Jhatayu Cosmetics hosted on the MyTime platform. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of Jhatayu and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Submission
To enter the competition, participants must submit a video or photo showcasing their skincare routine using Jhatayu’s Rose Body Wash Shower Gel.
Entries must be original and must not infringe upon any third-party rights.
By submitting an entry, participants grant Jhatayu the right to use their content for promotional purposes.
Voting
Participants can gather votes by sharing their entries with friends and family.
Only votes received through the MyTime platform will be counted.
Any attempt to manipulate votes or engage in fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
Winner Selection
The entry with the highest number of votes on the MyTime platform at the conclusion of the competition will be declared the winner.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within seven days of the competition’s end.
General Terms
Jhatayu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Jhatayu regarding the competition.
These terms and conditions are governed by law.
